Paajaf is a humanitarian services foundation which seeks to show care and concern for orphans, other needy children, and women in Ghana. Paajaf was set up by Philip Kyei Appiah and Juliet Adusei. At the heart of Paajaf is the desire to provide service for orphans, other vulnerable children, and women in our communities in Ghana through voluntary child and adult literacy education, care and support, vocational and ICT training for creation of job opportunities and to enable these people live in peace and feel as being part in the world.
We observed that the orphans, other vulnerable children, and women in our communities are often been discriminated and lacked basic necessity of financial and material resources to cope with life, and also lag far behind national standard of living and development indicators as usually they do not have access to education and other facilities.
Based on this background, Philip and Juliet, with a compassionate heart have set up this foundation to support the needy children and women to have access to vocational training and adult education – (literacy training for women, orphans and vulnerable children in our communities) and good health information.
